Submission Guidelines
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Acceptance: After a double-blind peer review, Abstract will be accepted (oral/poster) or rejected. The review by the scientific committee based on the originality/novelty, significance of research findings and relevance to the main themes and sub-themes will be assigned to appropriate sessions either for oral or poster presentations. Participants should indicate their preference of presentation type (oral or poster).
Abstract Format: All abstracts must be written in English with the following format:
Title of paper (First Letter of Each Main Word Capitalized)
Content should be one paragraph between 200-300 words. It should include: Purpose/Objective of study, Methods (Participants, Instrumentation, Procedures), Results and Conclusion.
Abstract should not contain abbreviations and/or references.
Keywords should be between 4-6 words and should be clearly stated in italic at the bottom of the abstract.
Presentation: Accepted abstracts are given either a 15-minute slot for an oral presentation or assigned to present at a Poster Session. Authors which have been selected for an oral presentation may however opt for a Poster Session instead.
